2021 WRAP UP FOR SULLIVANHAYES IN HAMDEN, CT

Last year was a great year for SullivanHayes in Hamden, CT. Wrapping up with four newly completed deals: Starbucks, Chase Bank, GoHealth Urgent Care, and Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, we hope that in 2022 we can continue to grow and to represent our wonderful tenants on even more transactions like these ones.

Hamden’s Chase Bank is located on 2165 Dixwell Ave and is a free-standing location. This branch offers “Chase Private Client” services designed for clients with sophisticated banking and investing needs, where a dedicated team can provide the highest level of service, customized banking solutions, and exclusive access to J.P. Morgan’s investment expertise. It also has an ATM that is open 24 hours a day.

Sitting right across the street from Chase is the Dixwell Ave shopping center plaza where a new Starbucks is currently under construction. This Starbucks will replace the existing Starbucks café in the plaza and will be a free-standing store with a drive thru for quicker service and convenience.

Currently in the build-out stage are Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy and GoHealth Urgent Care. Both of these tenants will occupy the previous Lakeshore Learning Store, which will be split up into 3 smaller spaces. This will be both Ivy Rehab’s and GoHealth’s first location in Hamden.
