7-Eleven Preparing To Open New Store In Pawtucket, RI

We’re excited to announce the completion of this new 7 Eleven in Pawtucket, RI.

Its not often you find 1.5 acres of land still available in such a dense area as this – let alone at a high trafficked intersection. For context, the demos for the 2-mile radius are nearly 100,000 people.

The intersection of Central Ave and 1A will provide a consistent volume of traffic day in and day out resulting in a high performing store. A great example of the type of real estate we’re looking for in New England.

The store includes a 4,500 SF building and 8 MPDs for fueling. It’s also home to the company’s new Roost Chicken restaurant concept. A concept that serves a simple menu of Southern-inspired “chicken worth crossing the road for”.  All Roost chicken is made from scratch, hand-breaded and fried, and is served in generous portions at prices below what you would find at most fried chicken establishments. There will be both made-to-order and grab-and-go options at this Roost/ 7-Eleven location.
