Aldi Food Stores to Open in South Windsor, CT

Aldi will open a new store at The Gateway, South Windsor, a new retail development across the street from Evergreen Walk in the South Windsor/Manchester retail market. Aldi will open its new 18,533 SF prototype. Tim McNamara and Kevin Daly of SullivanHayes represented Aldi, while Jack Hayes of SullivanHayes represented Sager Development in the transaction. Aldi and Chase Bank will anchor the first phase of the Gateway South Windsor retail development, which will be expanded in phase two next year with the addition of a beautifully designed 40,000 SF restaurant and shop building.
