Chili’s Grill & Bar was founded in 1975, and is a casual dining restaurant with over 1,600 locations throughout the world, offering the only genuine Southwest dining experience around. Known for their Burgers, fajitas and ribs, Chili’s is in 32 countries and is proudly celebrating over 20 years in Mexico, with exciting plans for opening new locations in Asia and beyond. Chili’s menu features the best of Fresh Tex and Fresh Mex flavors, from their craft burgers, burritos and quesadillas, to their signature slow smoked baby back ribs, do-it-yourself fajita combos, and tableside guacamole. They also have an extensive appetizer menu featuring crowd favorite southwestern eggrolls, and exciting new additions such as flatbreads, spicy loaded boneless wings, buffalo fried cauliflower and honey-chipotle crispers & waffles. Chili’s looks to ground lease approximately 1 acre of land as pads to shopping centers, or other well located real estate with good access and visibility.
