Fidelity Investments looks to open Investor Centers in dense, affluent markets with heavy concentrations of class-A office space and high day-time populations. Fidelity will lease space in high end shopping centers or street retail in town centers. They are currently seeking approximately 3,000 Square Feet throughout Connecticut.
