Pasta Vita started with a single location in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, in 1996 and has since then expanded to 6 store locations across the state. The company was founded by Rich Cersosimo, after a successful 30 year career at IBM, and Lou Castanho, a distinguished chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
Hundreds of gourmet entrees and side dishes to go are prepared at Pasta Vita every day. Each one is restaurant quality, oven ready, and only takes minutes to cook. Pasta Vita also offers a wide variety of appetizers, soups, salads, breads, and desserts to complete a meal.
