Which Wich

Which Wich is a fast-casual restaurant concept specializing in superior sandwiches, or “Wiches”, and salads. Founded in Dallas, Texas in 2003 by Jeff Sinelli, Which Wich now has over 400 locations nationwide, and another 30 in 10 countries. Well known for their customizable Wiches and ordering process, customers use red sharpies to markup pre-printed menus on sandwich bags and are encouraged to draw on their bags with red sharpie and add their “art-work” to the community wall. This delicious and engaging restaurant chain is growing and looking for sites in metro-Boston. Preference is for endcaps of open air shopping centers, as well as urban locations with high pedestrian traffic and excellent office populations.
