Founded 40 years ago, SullivanHayes is a leading commercial real estate company specializing in retail and hospitality properties in the Northeastern United States. Our core businesses are tenant representation, leasing, sales and development. The company is responsible for the leasing of over 2.5 million square feet of shopping centers, representing over 40+ retailers throughout our territory, and has built approximately 3 million square feet of retail properties from the ground up.
