CORBIN COLLECTION GROUND FLOOR RETAIL SPACE FULLY LEASED

The Corbin Collection’s ground floor retail space is now fully leased! Totaling approximately 16,550 square feet of space that had been sitting vacant for over 3 years, the entire ground floor will soon come to life with multiple new businesses. New tenants will include Hot Table, Tavern In The Square, Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, Crumbl Cookies, and Club Pilates.
Hot Table, a chain of panini restaurants that specializes in delicious, pressed paninis that are made fresh to order, is expected to be open in January of 2022. Currently, Hot Table restaurants can be found in Connecticut and Massachusetts. This will be Hot Table’s third location in CT and their ninth, soon to be tenth location overall.
Slated to open later in 2022 are Club Pilates, Ivy Rehab, Crumbl, and Tavern In The Square.
This Tavern In The Square will be Broadway Hospitality’s 10th Tavern location in New England, and their first to open Connecticut. With an exciting yet casual atmosphere and a menu that offers a diverse variety of food and drink options, we are sure that the Tavern is going to be a great addition to the Corbin Collection!
Crumbl Cookies is new to Connecticut, and we are looking forward to trying their cookies for the first time! It is a family-owned business that first began selling freshly baked and delicious cookies four years ago in Logan, Utah. Today, it has expanded to over 264 bakeries in 36 states nationwide, and we are thrilled to have them opening this new location in CT!
After grabbing a bite to eat and a treat at one of the two new restaurant locations and the cookie shop, you can head on over to Club Pilates, a Pilates studio with a full range of classes where anyone can find the perfect workout no matter what age or level of fitness. The studio offers a variety of state-of-the-art equipment and a high-quality, life-changing training session at a surprisingly affordable price. Over eight million workouts are served up each year to the dedicated members of Club Pilates.
Ivy Rehab will also be opening soon as part of the Corbin Collection. Ivy Rehab is a place that inspires and enables people to life their lives to the fullest. They create exceptional patient experiences and outcomes, and strive to become the provider, partner, and employer of choice in outpatient rehabilitation. Ivy offers a network of outpatient physical, occupational, speech, and ABA therapy clinics. Founded in 2003, Ivy Rehab has rapidly grown with nearly 360 locations in the US and still continues to grow today.
Each of these tenants will bring something new and exciting to the West Hartford and surrounding areas. We cannot wait to welcome all of them to the Corbin Collection!
