Brian Knowles worked on behalf of client Cumberland Farms to secure them this new location at the intersection of Rt. 9w and Wendell Street. Brian continues to help Cumberland Farms look for additional sites within the Hudson River Valley corridor of NY state.

Cumberland Farms is a convenience store and gas station chain with over 700 stores throughout New England and Florida. One of the largest privately owned retail chains, Cumberland Farms offers a large assortment of food service items, candy, snacks, and chilled drinks, chips, pastries, pizza, and coffee. The chain’s unmatched presentation both inside and out sets them apart from their competitors. With vaulted ceilings, wood floors, prepared foods, fresh brewed coffee assortment, and other necessity food items, Cumberland stores now feature a welcoming clean design that is very inviting for customers. Cumberland Farms prefers to purchase 1.5 acres of land to develop their convenience stores.
