Located on Rt. 20 at a signalized intersection, on the going to work side of the street, this represented a great opportunity for Cumberland Farms to capture major commuting traffic on a daily basis.

Cumberland Farms prefers to purchase 1.5 acres of land to develop their convenience stores.
