Farmington Corners – Farmington, CT – Construction Begins!

SullivanHayes is very excited to announce that construction has begun on Farmington Corners! The new 8,500 SF retail center will be anchored by Nardelli’s Grinder Shoppe, and a soon to be announced 2nd food tenant! We will have approximately two 2,000 SF units remaining and are negotiating with service-oriented uses such as hair salons, nail salons, wine shop or other convenience oriented uses for the spaces. Jack Hayes of SullivanHayes has worked on behalf of ownership to successfully lease up the center.
