Hampton Inn

Its been 13 years since we originally built the Hampton Inn Farmington, and its still one of our favorites to date because it introduced us to the hotel business. Its also right across from our offices so we get to admire it every day. The 124 room hotel has just recently completed a major renovation to guest rooms and public areas, with a new, modern lobby design with fresh white trim and contemporary décor.

We are actively looking for opportunities to expand our hospitality development in addition to our traditional retail properties.
