Shell C Store / Dunkin Donuts – Athol, MA

SullivanHayes is excited to announce the addition of Shell and Dunkin Donuts to the North Quabbin Commons project. Brian Knowles worked on behalf of ownership to secure them this first class convenience store operator and Dunkin Donuts operator. Located at the Rt. 2 interchange, this represents a perfect c-store location to benefit from both local commuting traffic, and on/off highway traffic. North Quabbin Commons is a new 300,000 SQ FT. ground up development in Athol, MA just off exits 17 and 18 of Route two in central Massachusetts. Anchored by a Market Basket, Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, Shoe Department, Maurices, Starbucks and a 9 screen movie theater, North Quabbin Commons is the new dominant retail destination in an underserved trade area. Various pad sites are available for ground lease or built to suite. A 26,000 SQ FT. retail building will be available for occupancy in 2019 with spaces ranging from 1,200 SQ FT. to 14,000 SQ FT.
