SullivanHayes is excited to announce the addition of Starbucks to Shop Rite Plaza in Milford CT. Starbucks is the final addition to this new grocery anchored development. Located as a pad with drive-thru to a grocery anchored center, located on the going to work side of the street, this project represents a perfect example of what Starbucks targets for its new, conveniently located Starbucks cafes. Further, 230 Cherry Street represents an especially attractive Starbucks location, as it’s strategically positioned between two major interchanges for I-95 and Rt. 1.
