Starbucks – New Haven, CT – 195 Church Street

SullivanHayes is pleased to announce the addition of Starbucks to the 195 Church office building. Tim McNamara worked on behalf of client Starbucks to secure them this new location as a ground floor tenant to a major class A office building downtown. Located on the green, in close proximity to Yale, this is Starbucks second location downtown and now effectively allows them to capture both side of the New Haven market.

Starbucks is the largest roaster, marketer and retailer of specialty coffee in the world. An international coffee and coffeehouse company with over 11,000 stores in the United States, and over 23,700 locations worldwide, it sells a variety of coffee and tea products, as well as various goods and food products for both Starbucks and third-party brands. Starbucks brands include Teavana, Tazo, Seattle’s Best Coffee, Evolution Fresh, Torrefazione Italia Coffee, Ethos Water and. Founded in Seattle in 1971, the chain has grown beyond the US to cover countries throughout the globe. Starbucks is seeking lease opportunities, preferably with drive thru capability, in the 2,000-2,400sf range. Cafe locations without a drive thru will also be considered.
