Starbucks Now Open in Manchester, CT

Starbucks’ new Manchester location is now open! Tim McNamara helped client Starbucks negotiate the relocation opportunity. The new Starbucks is a pad site within The Plaza at Buckland Hills, a regional shopping center anchored by Trader Joes, Total Wines, PetSmart, Orange Theory, Jersey Mikes, Five Guys and many more. This is a retrofit of a former Pancheros that allowed Starbucks to relocate to add a drive-thru to their store in this section of the market.
