STARBUCKS RELOCATION – ENFIELD CT

Starbucks is set to relocate their Hazard Ave store into their new building down the block at 25 Hazard Ave, a pad site in Enfield Commons. This will allow the coffee provider to add a drive-thru to its store and take advantage of the exceptional traffic counts present along Hazard Avenue. Enfield Commons makes for a great fit due to its strong co-tenancy and location on the going to work side of the street. SullivanHayes also helped bring Aldi to the center 10 years ago when the center first started its redevelopment, which later helped lead to the addition of Chic Fil A, and Ulta and HomeSense a few years after. Enfield Commons has become the dominant shopping destination in the Enfield market, and Starbucks will make for an excellent upgrade in tenancy from this once vacant large format restaurant.
