SullivanHayes is pleased to announce that Tim McNamara has worked on behalf of client Starbucks to secure them a new location in Watertown, CT located at 882 Main Street. Located a signalized intersection, this relocation allows Starbucks to add a drive-thru to their existing market presence, and only moving them a a half mile north on Main Street. This will allow them to capture more commuting traffic and service a higher volume of business on a daily basis.

Starbucks is seeking lease opportunities, preferably with drive thru capability, in the 2,000-2,400 sf range. Cafe locations without a drive thru will also be considered.
