Located at 1086 North Broadway, the Boyce Thomson Center is an innovative mixed-use development of office and retail tenants including Starbucks, Fortina Italian Restaurant, Iso Japanese Cuisine, and The Taco Project among others. The historic building is rich in character and very fitting with the Starbucks brand.

Starbucks is seeking lease opportunities, preferably with drive thru capability, in the 2,000-2,400sf range. Cafe locations without a drive thru will also be considered.
