Taco Bell – Athol, MA

SullivanHayes is excited to announce the addition of Taco Bell to North Quabbin Commons in Athol, MA. Brian Knowles worked on behalf of the developer to secure this Taco Bell deal. Shortly after securing the Wendy’s deal, as anticipated, Brian was able to garner interest from multiple restaurant users interested in the site. Ultimately, ownership decided Taco Bell was the best addition for the center and is excited to see them open later this year. North Quabbin Commons is a new 300,000 SQ FT. ground up development in Athol, MA just off exits 17 and 18 of Route two in central Massachusetts. Anchored by a Market Basket, Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, Shoe Department, Maurices, Starbucks and a 9 screen movie theater, North Quabbin Commons is the new dominant retail destination in an underserved trade area. Various pad sites are available for ground lease or built to suite. A 26,000 SQ FT. retail building will be available for occupancy in 2019 with spaces ranging from 1,200 SQ FT. to 14,000 SQ FT.
