Andy Grocki has been with SullivanHayes since 1995, and during that time he has represented many prominent retailers throughout New England and New York State including DXL, Aspen Dental, Arby’s, Santander Bank, 99 Restaurants, Texas Roadhouse, McDonalds, Kindercare, Gander Mountain, Office Depot, Pier 1 Imports, Brooks Pharmacy (Rite Aid) and Darden Restaurants. Andy was introduced to real estate through condominium development where he sold units for a local developer. After selling a condo to an Ames Department Store executive, he went to work for Ames for 3 years where he gained invaluable experience from the retailer’s perspective. It is this perspective that has enabled him to successfully advise dozens of retailers in their site selection and expansion throughout the Northeast over the last 22 years.
After his time at Ames, Andy spent the next 7 years as Director of Leasing for Cornerstone Properties, leasing over 2 million square feet of retail space. Andy’s experience also includes significant disposition work of retailer owned property, including for Santander Bank and Arby’s.
Andy holds a degree in Management & Marketing from Central Connecticut State University. He is also an active member of The International Council of Shopping Centers.
