Frank Greco IV
In 2013, Frank obtained his real estate license and earned his B.S. in Political Science, with a minor in both Management and History. During his time at Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, he was both an active volunteer and student-athlete – leading to many of the long-standing relationships which he still maintains today. Frank originated in the commercial brokerage industry before making the leap into the Retail Mall industry. From 2016 to 2020, Frank joined some of the world’s top Real Estate Developers: Unibal-Rodamco-Westfield and Brookfield Properties. He and the Northeast Region at URW were awarded Leasing Region of the Year for 2018.
Frank is a member of a number of professional organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); the Connecticut Investment Division (CID); and the Connecticut Economic Development Association (CEDAS). He is also member of the Fairfield County Brokers Network (FCCBN). Frank is an alumnus of Notre Dame of West Haven in Connecticut too, and in the Holy Cross tradition of giving back to the community, he has often volunteered at Relay for Life and Special Olympics. In 2014, Frank was commended for his work there with a Certificate of Special Recognition by 4th District Congressman Jim Hines.
In his free time, Frank enjoys the CT beaches, traveling, volunteering, mountain biking and playing ice hockey (a lifelong passion of his, Frank is a former state champion youth ice hockey coach for the Wonderland Wizards Organization in Bridgeport in 2015). He was born and raised in Milford, and he currently resides in Stamford.
