Jack Hayes
Jack is responsible for the company’s shopping center leasing business, as well as the sourcing, evaluation and capitalization of acquisition and development opportunities. He also works diligently to maintain and expand the company’s key tenant relationships with all major national, regional and local tenants active in the Northeast. In addition, Jack also contributes to the firms construction management activities for its on-going developments. The majority of Jacks leasing experience includes first class retail properties such as high end lifestyle centers, grocery anchored community centers, value add redevelopments, and ground up construction. The company’s leasing portfolio consists of approximately 2,500,000 square feet of shopping center space across various property classes.
Throughout college Jack spent summers working for SullivanHayes first as a Market Research Associate, and later as a Brokerage and Development Associate. Jack is a graduate of The University of Connecticut with a degree in Economics and Real Estate Finance, and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where he serves on the Connecticut Nextgen Planning Committee, and the ICSC New England Idea Exchange Planning Committee in Boston. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he participates in the Young Leaders Group, as well as the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) in Connecticut.
