Jenniqua Bailey

Jenniqua joined SullivanHayes in December 2022 to expand her career in the retail real estate business. She originally started in the residential industry before making the decision to expand into the commercial side of the business. Jenniqua works closely with Jack Hayes to represent tenants, lease shopping centers and is steadily building her client base.

In 2021, Jenniqua obtained her CT real estate license and in later 2022 obtained her license in Texas. She graduated from Bryant University in Rhode Island with her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. There she was a member of the Sigma Xi Society and also studied business administration and management. During her time at Bryant University, she was both a division 1 student-athlete and frequent volunteer on campus and around the Rhode Island community.

She currently lives in Connecticut, where she grew up, but also spends a lot of time in Texas. In her spare time, she loves to travel, try new restaurants, attend sporting events, learn new things through reading or listening to podcasts and tapping into her creative side behind the camera.

Jenniqua intends to continue building her book of business and expand SullivanHayes relationships throughout New England, and into the Houston, Texas market.
