Matt joined SullivanHayes in May of 2023 to start a new career in retail real estate. Prior to, he found success in the TV/Film industry as an editor with a specialization in sports documentaries. Matt’s creativity and hyper attention to detail has allowed him to hit the ground running in his current role as a broker. He has fostered new tenant relationships, contributed to the pipelines of established tenants, and runs point on key listings. Having lived in both Hartford and Fairfield County, Matt has an excellent understanding of retail markets across the state. He is a graduate of The University of Rhode Island and is an active member of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) in Connecticut.
