Wendy’s will benefit from the extensive level of traffic generated by the co-tenants within the project, such as Market Basket, Marshalls, Dollar Tree and Starbucks, and is a perfect addition to the center. We anticipate this will generate similar interest from like-kind tenants often interested in co-locating with the likes of Wendy’s.
