Which Which – New Haven, CT – College and Crown

SullivanHayes is pleased to announce the addition of Which Which to the new mixed-use student housing project College & Crown in downtown New Haven, CT. Located at the intersection of namesake College Street and Crown Street, co-tenants include Jacks Steak House, j.press (Yale Owned Coffee Company), Webster Bank, Bon Chon and more. This intersection is well known among locals and the Yale student body as a major retail and restaurant node in downtown. With an eclectic mix of local restaurants and other retail vendors, this represented a perfect location for Which Which to enter the New Haven market.

Which Wich is a fast-casual restaurant concept specializing in superior sandwiches, or “Wiches”, and salads. Founded in Dallas, Texas in 2003 by Jeff Sinelli, Which Wich now has over 400 locations nationwide, and another 30 in 10 countries. Well known for their customizable Wiches and ordering process, customers use red sharpies to markup pre-printed menus on sandwich bags and are encouraged to draw on their bags with red sharpie and add their “art-work” to the community wall. This delicious and engaging restaurant chain is growing and looking for sites in metro-Boston, as well as central Connecticut. Preference is for endcaps of open air shopping centers, as well as urban locations with high pedestrian traffic and excellent office populations.
