Ascend Wellness Holdings is a U.S. based company, founded by Abner Kurtin in 2018, that sells cannabis for medical and adult-use markets.  It is focused on limited license states with flagship locations in desirable retail areas and is currently operating in five states: Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Ohio.  It will soon be coming to Connecticut.
