Carr Hardware is a locally owned independent hardware and industrial supplier serving homeowners, contractors, commercial customers, institutions, and government agencies throughout the states of Massachusetts, Connecticut, and surrounding areas of New York and Vermont.  Originally founded by Sam Carr in 1928, the company was then purchased by the Raser family in 1962.

Carr offers over 40,000 different products including paint, tools, hardware, electrical, plumbing, outdoor living and lawn and garden and much more. Carr has built a successful regional business and employs over 100 people within its footprint. Currently, there are 7 store locations throughout CT and MA. Each location offers years of specialty experience, allowing Carr to provide expert advice and quality service to their customers.
